Edmund Charles Tarbell (1862- 1938) was a famous American impressionist painter. He was one of the leading members of the very famous Boston School. He was a highly famous impressionist painter and he loved working on landscapes. Many of his later works shows a great influence Johannes Vermeer who was a famous 17th century Dutch painter.
